Hi, I’m your coach.

Dr. Sunita Shenoy

As a Clinical Psychologist since 2011, I've held space for individuals grappling with life's complexities, including race-related issues, which are deeply entrenched and personal. Years of experience and thousands of client interactions have honed my intuition and approach, enabling me to offer insights that align clients with their core values. This intensive work with individuals and groups of people, has given me skills to navigate the multidimensional roadmap of human behavior and the subtleties of racial dynamics.

In my personal journey, I've wrestled with issues of race and identity, from a minority presence in school to navigating a culturally rich family environment. These experiences have emboldened me to embrace diversity and foster it within others. I believe in the transformative power of acceptance.

Discover the 4 types of racism and the truth about racial differences. Discover the roots of racial issues and the mechanisms that perpetuate it so you can identify it when it’s happening and take positive action to stop it.

Recognize the Costs of Racism: Module 2

Identify the costs of racism in yourself, your colleagues, subordinates, and team members. Implement concrete actions to reduce these costs to each person, and your organization.

Taking a look at Biases: Module 3

Identify 4 of the common ways racial issues are perpetuated in the workplace and how this affects diverse individuals and groups. Develop tools to aid in prevention of these dynamics at work and start creating a workplace that exudes safety and welcomes all.

Power Plays: Module 4

Discover how racial differences contribute to power dynamics. Calculate how issues of power affect you and others so you can start to leverage the right kind of power for true workplace equity.

Debunking Racial Myths: Module 5

Address common racial myths that most people believe, but that will allow you to see through them so that you create a work environment where these myths do not exist and diverse employees can feel safe to be themselves, feel understood, and treated respectfully.

LIVE Training and Coaching Delivered Online

  • Total of 12 live coaching sessions (90 mins). Each session includes lessons, breakout sessions, and Q&A for all team members.

  • With live weekly training calls throughout the 12 weeks, you and your team will have proficiency to understand the racial issues at work and in society. You will be better able to understand your role in the racial landscape so you engage in the right kind of social responsibility, no longer feeling guilty or powerless about racial issues and your role.
